ASI Board Chair Haley is President and CEO of PostCity Financial Credit Union (CA). She has over 30 years of credit union experience, is a graduate of CUNA’s Financial Management Program and Western Management School, and attended the CUES CEO Institute. Mrs. Haley also serves on various committees in and out of the credit union industry.

Vice Chair Miles is CEO of MyUSA Credit Union (OH). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Cooperative Business Services (CBS) and is actively involved with several other Boards and non-profit organizations. Mr. Miles also held a seat on the Excess Share Insurance Corporation Board for six years, and currently serves as Chair of American Share’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Arkills is President and CEO of Silver State Schools Credit Union (NV). He is a Board Director, Vice Chairman, and the immediate past Board Chair of the Nevada Credit Union League. Mr. Arkills also serves as the President / Chairman on the Education Credit Union Council (ECUC) Board of Directors, as well as being on the Boards of the non-profit Nevada Succeeds, and the Andson Foundation – whose mission is to educate, inform, and inspire the youth of Southern Nevada by providing innovative programs in academics and financial literary. He is also a member of Governor’s Literacy Council of Nevada.

Ms. Bartolomucci is the former President and CEO of Towpath Credit Union (OH), having retired at the end of 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Akron, as well as the CUES Management Institute. Ms. Bartolomucci has been active in the credit union movement since 1977, and has held leadership positions at the Consumer Financial Board as a Chairperson for Credit Unions, CUNA, NCUF, CUES, the Ohio Credit Union League, the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, OCUL Services Corporation (Navatros), and the ASI Credit Union Advisory Council. For three years she was the Deputy Superintendent over 200 Ohio credit unions and American Share Insurance.

Mr. Cuttriss is the President and CEO of Beacon Credit Union (IN). He is a Certified Public Accountant who received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has also completed the Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Administration from the University of South Carolina and American Bankers Association Compliance School. Mr. Cuttriss serves as the Supervisory Committee Chair for Corporate One Federal Credit Union, and also serves on the board for Cooperative Financial Association, Inc.

Mr. Swartzentruber is the President and CEO of Northwest Christian Credit Union (ID). He is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University and Western CUNA Management School. Mr. Swartzentruber has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union movement and currently holds a seat on the Excess Share Insurance Board of Directors. He has also served on the ASI Credit Union Advisory Council and the Idaho Credit Union League Board of Directors, as well as various CUNA and GoWest Credit Union Association committees. He is active in community organizations and has served on the Board of Trustees for Northwest Nazarene University, Rotary and other non-profits.

Mr. Trosclair is the President and CEO of Abbott Laboratories ECU (IL). He has spent over thirty years in the financial services industry – both in banks and credit unions.  For more than two decades, he has been devoted to Abbott Laboratories ECU. He currently serves as a Director of the Illinois Credit Union League, as well as a Director of the Abbott Laboratories ECU.
